Returns
Customers in Saudi Arabia can request a return within 15 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or damaged products
- Personal care or hygiene items
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact Dariva within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
